The bad guys seem to be growing in power and force around the world.
The War on Drugs seems to be turning into a real war in some places.

US warns of possible civil unrest in Jamaica - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20100522/pl_afp/usjamaicaunresttravel_20100522155639 - broken link)

"The US State Department warned Friday of the threat of civil unrest in Jamaica amid reports that criminal gangs were massing in Kingston and the military was mobilizing."
Another country sent to hell by the "War on Drugs". I guess Americans are cool when it is other people doing the bleeding while we are stuffing the crap up our noses but eventually karma comes around.

Either we need to legalize or decriminalize the stuff or we need to go all out in the War on Drugs like China did when it had an Opium problem. Require MANDATORY drug testing of ALL Americans. Test positive one time, you get treatment. Test positive twice and you get a bullet to the back of the head in a public execution. Worked really well in China. Otherwise legalize it and quit screwing up other people's countries. Because if you think that the blood is going to stay on that side of the border, you got another thing coming.

Only temporarily, and because China had a system of government that few people in the US would want. I highly doubt any Americans would want to live under someone like Mao. For that to work you'd need someone like Mao to run things - is there ANYONE who would want that at all?

Let a guy like Mao run the DEA and let the DEA do what they want in the U.S and other countries if not forget wasting taxpayers money and forget the war on drugs. Reality is this, we wouldn't have dumped a trillion dollars into the "War on Drugs" if some important people weren't making money on it.
