The last question is moot, because 0bama voted with the democratic majority 99.9% of the time. I think there was only one time where 0bama voted against a spending bill for Iraq, because Bush did not have a date set to bug-out.

If the OP was being critical of Bush's spending, 0bama has left Bush, and every other president before him in the dust.
