He's even lost support from his own base with his failure to close GITMO, the whole NY terrorist trials, DADT, lack of public option in HCR bill, and now his Katrina in the making. The CEO of BP said on TV that the amount of oil being released into the gulf is miniscule and that the environmental damage to our coastlines will be minimal at most. And THIS is the guy who Obama is allowing to have full control over the disaster... someone who doesn't even consider this oil leak to be a complete ecological disaster of the worst kind. This isn't sitting well with any demographic.

Has an incumbent POTUS ever lost their party's ticket to a party challenger? I can really see this happening to Obama.
Hillary was the highest vote receiver and the party screwed her over to place this inexperience nut into office only because he can talk. One of the biggest mistakes the dems have ever made and they know it.

Thanks to this mistake and Obamas massive failures liberalism will be done in America for a long time.

Your post makes me come up with a new name for him as I usually have called him spender in chief, liar in chief etc.

His new name should be FAILURE in CHIEF.

Have you noticed that Hillery Clinton has not bowed to anyone on foreign soil whereas hussien obama has bowed way down low to everyone like a common house servant. All it took for ther libbies to vote for hussein obama instead was a smooth talking con man.

No need to "predict". It is failure in action. As above, the dems completely blew it by putting this clown in office. Of course, most now realize thier mistake. Clinton would not have destroyed the country the way that Obama has. However, Clinton's chances will be ZERO next election, as the next president will be ANY REPUBLICAN and not Obama. Obama will have the same effec that Carter had on the democratic party and will prevent a dem in the white house for at least a decade. People will forget after ten years or so how bad he was.

Yes I have. She loves her country, that has never been questioned about her.

On the other hand the idiot in chief hates America, what we stand for and wants to force globalization onto us and his apologizing around the world for Americans greatness needs to stop.

He is trying to push Americans standard of living down to a third world country would be. Its what he want but the PEOPLE are going to stop him.

I see a bigger and stronger movement in this country against Obama and his ways coming soon.

It has been brewing.

If the anti American Obama robots believe the tea party is scary they have not seen anything yet.

The majority of American including many dems have had it with Obama and are starting to stand up and want to put and end to this Obama madness.

Obama is a lame duck quacking and now's it.

The people of America will put an end to this idiot trying to change our country, wait and see!

He passed the Stimulus, Healthcare and soon Financial reform with DADT about to become history plus many more accomplishments in just 16 MONTHS. And he's still at 50% overall approval. Anyway you all continue to exaggerate his demise just as you've done since November 5, 2008 because it appears to be the only thing comforting you. Gallup already did a poll that showed Obama leading EVERY potential GOP candidate by 7 points or more. But again, keep telling yourself that he's done if it makes you feel better.

Every single item you mentioned are Liberal Candy Store items. Liberal's alone can't get Obama elected. You've got a long way to go if your aim is to convince us that Obama's "successes" are enough to keep the Independents and Moderates voting in 2008 fashion. The polls tell us otherwise.

The polls tell us he's at 50% which is enough for reelection and that's after passing controversial legislation. Like I said, keep telling yourself his demise is coming just like Armegeddon, bread lines, hyper-inflation or whatever boogeyman Obama prediction that gives you personal comfort.

That's not what the right was saying during Bill's administration.

I wouldn't be surprised if Biden decides to retire after one term and Hillary gets promoted to VP on the 2012 ticket.

Highly doubt she'd challenge Obama in a primary ; a primary challenge to Obama would come from the left of the party, not the center or right of the party. Probably Dennis Kucinich or even Russ Feingold (who's very unhappy that he's gotten nothing in return for being the first prominent Dem outside of Illinois to back Obama's campaign for the Dem nomination).

Approval ratings mean very little. It's the trend that matters. Obama has set records with percentage drops in approval over the time he's been in office. Unless he can stem the flow of Independents and Moderates heading for the exit door, his chances for re-election are in jeopardy.
