Like how bars are not permitted to serve alcohol to visibly intoxicated people and can be held liable for the drunken driving of their patrons if they do, should restaurants be forbidden from serving obese people?
I realize that it's far less likely to be a danger to the public being obese than being drunk, and it's not illegal to be obese in public. But even if the person is not driving, it's still illegal to serve them if they are intoxicated.
Wouldn't it be similar to forbid an obese person from ordering/eating too much food, like a bar can cut someone off for drinking too much?
