Then the first family will jet back to Washington to prepare for the Wednesday, June 2, tribute to Paul McCartney in the East Room at the Whitehouse.

V.P. Joe Biden and his wife will a lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Memorial Day.

How do you feel about this?

All Presidents have done this! You are the one that sends these men and women off to battle......But you don't go and pay honor to them on Memorial Day at Arlington?????????

That just shows how he really feels about the military in general, to me. He only deals with them when he has to.

What an insult to the families of soldiers that were killed even this week.

I bet he will be there with bells and whistles when the Mosque is opened in NYC on 911 to honor his own .

Am I seeing things or is that half circle as in crescent ? No wonder he will be there .

This man is obvious who and what he is although he has spent millions to hide it , impeach, impeach, impeach !

Did you read the thread? When citizenkane2 posted "All Presidents have done this!", he was 100% dead wrong. Not being at Arlington on Memorial Day is pretty much a Republican tradition.

All I know is this.

On Monday, I will be driving 300+ miles to visit the grave of my father, a WWII Vet.

On Monday, our President will be paying his respects at a Military Cemetery in Illinois

I don't care for either pary, but to send men off to war and not do all you can to show appreciation is an insult to the point of being evil, imo.

This imposter needs to be investigated and tried when found quilty . Bush should be tried for war crimes ,imo . And all the others who helped him pull it off . The rules of engagement are treasonous . Any commander who is not standing up for his men should be shot !

Want to be patriotic and honor our troops, stop the unjust war and bring them home . if not send them care packages and letters . Some don't even have toilet paper or warm clothes . Go visit a VA Hospital .
