I'm trying to figure out what is more retarded Vaughn plagiarizing Obama's speech or him having no idea whatsoever that Puerto Rico was part of the U.S. He is even more inept than Bill Sali. He currently trails by 4% in the Primary, but still plenty to go, 15% of precincts are reporting.
Just an update on the Primary with 67.5% of the state's precincts reporting Raul Labrador holds a 43.2-41.7% lead on Vaughn Ward. The Idaho SOS office only shows total statewide precincts, and does not have a breakdown of the amount of precincts in by Congressional District. Based off the vote totals and a good chunk of ID-1 is in the Pacific timezone it looks like the % of precincts reporting in ID-1 is quite a bit lower than the total statewide precincts.
