Like the stock market. It's his fault when it's down, it's something else when it's up!

Obama is to blame for not signing legislation to authorize off shore oil drilling then Obama is to blame for the very reason to have not signed any legislation.

How about the millions of gallons in the gulf waters and coming on shore?

That is where he has been an abysmal failure.
