I doubt that there is much chance of an impeachment of the only actual President we have had for the last decade.

For God's sake, I wish the liberal idiots would admit that much. You guys arent really THAT dumb are you, to believe the sudden bs response after months of silence?

Thank you, this post is so true; they just can't get over the FACT that they lost the election,
just can't let it go. This country was stuck for eight yrs with the lunacy of the Bush admin. yet they have been foaming at the mouth since day 1 of Obama's presidency hoping there is some way to get rid of him, he was doomed since day 1 as they hated him before he even took office. However I'm not surprised. Anyone who wants insight to this frame of mind needs to see the documentary "Right America, Feeling Wronged", it explains a great deal.

Seriously, just ignore the threads you don't like.
Not that it's any of anyone's business, but I became so ill, I couldn't work, lost my home, lost our cars, everything we owned, and were homeless living in a conversion van in National Forests.

I still say troll threads because you conservatives couldn't pull your crap together, and still can't, and your pals lost the Presidential election fair and square, no vote recounts, no supreme court decisions, nobody STOLE the election last time around.
But, keep harping about Obama's birth place, how he is a socialist, communist, nazi, and everything else under the sun and moon, but still criticize without coming out with any new ideas, 2012 will be a cinch for another 4 years of Obama, because what is being said now is the same old stuff being said before the last election. Americans are weary of the attacks, and want to see something fresh coming from the right.
If any President should have been impeached, it should have been the last one.

Just acknowledge that none of you on the right really don't need an excuse. That in your tiny little heads, Obama has already been impeached.

Bush actually committed crimes against humanity, but he kept his job. I would have sent him to the Hague.

I think they are all lying through their snouts but personally I'm not getting the law and can't get excited about Obama offering a guy a job not to run. He appoints a bazillion people for assorted motives. Now if they said they'd kill Sestak or make life miserable for him if he stayed in the race, that would be something else but in this case, I think the cover-up is dumber than the crime...and I still don't know why it's a crime to offer a man a job not to run.

There is only one person who can make this a big embarrassment deal --- if a pissed off Secretary of the Navy resigns this week. But, I don't even know who that person is.

I vote "no" on impeachment.

Yeah, so what? Under international law, as head-of-state, he has sovereign immunity so long as he is head-of-state.

It also applies to other government officials.

That's why when Rumsfeld resigned, he was kept on in an official capacity in a job at the Pentagon.

It really isn't a crime, as far as anyone can pinpoint. It might be considered unethical.

But in this case, Sestak was offered an UNPAID position months BEFORE he entered the primary race. Not illegal, not unethical at all.

Clinton offered it during a phone conversation, Sestak said what amounts to, "No thanks," and as far as we know, that was the end of discussion. There was no more pressuring, and all's well that end's well.

It's just Republicans making politcal theatre, ironically lead by Darrell Issa who is probably the most corrupt of the corrupt. Again, they don't ned and really don't want an excuse to hate him further.

Who are the REAL legal experts you mention? Links and names please.
Do you need help reading the ones I posted above?

The link may be from a UK paper, but the article happens to post quotes from real AMERICAN legal experts who know a lot more about this than you do.

And obviously Reagan was not charged. He's a Republican saint.

I'm not saying that this was a smart move, just that you guys are hoping for way too much out of it.
