Because Massachussets doesn't require cops to check immigration status.

And legal or illegal, he still has rights, one of the most basic of whch is the right to counsel.

Well said. Just more white-wing verbal diarrhea.

Can't think of anyone who woud deserve this kind of thing more than someone who is pro-illegal.

Illegals have no respect for our laws, nor our transportation system. I've posted this link five times and I'll post it again. If this link is not the true picture of America's problems, I don't know what is. Click on any portion of the map in this link. Does anyone see a common similarity between the offenders?

DEA - Most Wanted - DEA's Most Wanted Fugitives (http://www.justice.gov/dea/fugitives/fuglist.htm - broken link)
Thanks for the link, I clicked my state, and 90% of these people are from Mexico, the rest are from other foreign countries, and there are more of these fugitives who are from Nigeria then there are from the US.

Freaking amazing. I'm sure its because we are a nation of bigots and racial profilers, yup, that's it.

Here is the link he posted, go ahead people, check out your state and see it you find the same thing I did. Don't worry pro-illegal liberals, I'm sure the link is factual, and the DEA is not a part of the right-wing conspiracy.

So your point is??? Is it "we don't have enough uninsured motorists of our own so we must import 30 million more"? That's the goofiest arguement for open borders I've ever heard. Not enough American criminals so we need to take in all criminals of other countries.

Oh no- of course not. You would be subject to tougher hate crime laws and then the victim would be able to sue you.

We have 39 total. Only one was from the US, One was from Yemen, one from Canada but also Latino, while the rest were all from Latin America. Profiling works.

If you support abortion you are PRO abortion. If you support illegal immigration you are PRO illegal immigration. It's something third grader can understand.

I am happy this liberal nutcase Democrat got a taste of the "good" illegal immigrants he aids and abets.

This is true to a rightwinger, where things are usually dumbed down to a level of Good versus Bad, Black versus White.

To those with cognitive abilities it is really never this simple. Just like life.
