Wait what is this! OH MY GOD! The actual bill. Yep it was introduced in 07 but Obama is bringing it back up trying to get it passed.

Read The Bill: H.R. 1955 [110th] - GovTrack.us

GO cry to someone else about your supposed propaganda.

So...you haven't read it but took that fake source at it's word. You also still believe it's coming back based on what that fake source said..Just sad.

  • The House is responsible for the most radical of all legislation introduced. Fortunately, the vast number of those bills never become law. There is less than a 1 in 20 chance of any bill introduced in the House becoming law.

It appears as though the "Russian propaganda" is more objective than our current press, which has become exactly like Pravda. Witness the lack of will among our "press corps' to investigate or question ANY issue which may reflect negatively upon the Fuhrer. Look at the lack of coverage over-

1. The Sestak case
2. Obama's lack of leadership over the oil spill
3. the lack of coverage over BPs contributions to Obama
4. the lack of coverage regarding the communists and tax cheats in the Obama administration

The whole press has gone mum in defference to the Fuhrer.

Show anything in the bill (which is three years old) that backs up the claim in this asinine article....

Presidents do not introduce legislation. Presidents are the Chief Executive of the Executive Branch. Congress critters introduce legislation, since they are members of the Legislative Branch.

You might want to learn the basics about your own government and how it functions before making any more ridiculous posts like the one above.

Wow..The Russian propaganda is NOT REAL..The Sestak case has been covered to death. Lack of leadership is an opinion. Obama received less contributions than McCain. That's been everywhere. You lost me on the communist foolishness.

In 2007 it passed the House by a vote of 404 to 6 - then died in the Senate.

I can't find anything that shows it being revived.... so... how is this an Obama Law?

Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In any case:
SEC. 899B. FINDINGS.
`(8) Any measure taken to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence and homegrown terrorism in the United States should not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States citizens and lawful permanent residents.
