During a visit Thursday to "Pub Politics," an online political chat show hosted from a bar in Columbia, S.C., state senator Jake Knotts said: "We already got one ******* in the White House; we don't need a ******* in the governor's mansion."
Okay, Jake Knotts. Jake Knotts....
“My ‘*******’ comments about Obama and Haley were intended in jest,” Knotts said in a statement. He made the comments during an interview with the webcast Pub Politics, and defended himself by saying, “Bear in mind this is a freewheeling, anything-goes Internet radio show that is broadcast from a pub. It’s like local political version of Saturday Night Live.”
Knotts’ apology seems insincere. He “defended his remarks” immediately following the interview while talking to reporters, and upped his rhetoric then by calling Haley a “f**king *******.” He then avoided retracting the comment, clarifying to say “he did not mean to use the F-word.” He also repeated his line about the “******* in the White House,” and said, “This isn’t the first time I’ve said it.” Knotts went on to say that Haley — who was raised as a Sikh but later converted to Christianity — was not Christian enough to govern South Carolina, and that she was being directed by a secret cabal of Sikhs: ~~~~
He has disgraced himself, his family and the state of South Carolina. Under no circumstances would his comments be considered acceptable. The man should be thrown out of public office. It is obvious he does not know how to control himself - never mind controlling the affairs of this state.
just to set the record straight, this South Carolina man did not use the N words (which would be reprehensible)
he made a derogatory term towards two political figures who have seemingly advocated the population of people who attacked our country on september 11th 2001.
THAT is reprehensible.
he is correct in his idea to protect our country from the influence of the violent middle east, but wrong in how he went about it because he did not consider the good people who happen to be in that religion.

Notwithstanding that Nikki is of Sikh descent, not a Muslim, where have she and Obama "advocated the population of people" (what does that mean?) who attacked our country?
I don't think this is any worse than some on here who have called Rush, Palin, Beck, anybody associated with the Tea Party or has an r net to their name every name in the book.
oh to live in pure sublime whiteness that is SC! No *******s or *******! and people wonder why they consider monster truck rallies there 'culture"!
You do realize that you're the racist now for calling the "race card", right?
