No I don't. My leanings are the same as you.

Ron Paul comes close but I do disagree on his stand on abortion.
It's a personal decision but also should be paid for by that person.

But those Blue Dogs roll over. Just look at the disastrous bills that have passed full of pork and wasteful spending.

If the op added "they also have to vote how they preach" then you'd have a point.

That group varies quite widely. The "fiscal conservative, social liberal" label only fits the Western Blue Dogs. Many of the Southern Blue Dogs are the heirs to the Dixiecrats - socially conservative and fiscally liberal.

Harman, while certainly a moderate - and at risk of losing a Dem primary to a liberal challenger - is more DLC than Blue Dog - she's a member of both groups. By the standards of her West Side Los Angeles district, she's a conservative.

Ron Paul (except for abortion), Gary Johnson, Bill Richardson, Ron Wyden, Jon Tester, Brian Schweizer, Jim Webb, to name a few.

There are others mostly in Western states. (Fewer in more "big government" oriented California and Hawaii, or socially conservative Mormon wacky Utah and Idaho, than in the other Western states. It seems that AZ is joining the second group more and more)
