That previous Republican President caused all of this.
While he was in office, he lifted restrictions on trading that were put in place after the Great Depression.
His elimination of those protections is what caused the stock market to collapse.
I'm amazed at how clueless people are about what Bush did.

I am also amazed that so many people do not realize the residual damage caused by George W. Bush.
It will take years to clean up his mess.
He should and will go down in history with the likes of Herbert Hoover.

My sister says I should move up there to Lincoln, Kansas where she has been for the last 18 years.
They can't find people to work up there.

If you've been there, you'd know why!
This map should be titled, "The Legacy Of George W. Bush and the Republican Party". Or, "What Extreme Deregulation Gets You".

You mean when you have a Democrat House & Senate with a goof in the big house. What has changed, besides a bigger goof in the big house?

That wasn't Bush.that was Gramm under Clinton and Clinton signed it.
I'm assuming you're talking about the Glass-Steagall modifications.
