People with the classical Grecoroman education, usually are classical fascists ( elitists, scornful, contemptious to "the masses " ,praising kings, dictators & tyrants etc).

Being superior, accepted by others as being superior,is in no way an insult to others or
a claim that the others are "inferior".

We have good nations, better nations &...the best ones...

As well as savage,barbaric,uncivilised nations...

So simple...
So classically educated people are fascists?

In one sentence you claim some people like Gates, who work to better themselves are exceptional, while others who work to better themselves through classical education are fascists...You seem to have a huge double standard here.

Also since you seem to regard some Nations as good and exceptional, and just for the sake of argument I believed you mentioned Britain among them is that correct?

If so how do you explain something like this as being the actions of a good nation.

B.S.--after one incident they are the "most provocative antiamericna etc etc?"

Take measures against them? Who are you going to send, yourself? Your sons?

We are stupid to take sides in this debate. Our unilateral support for Israel has hurt America and continues to do so. If they are truly our friend, just like taking the keys away from a drunken driver, we need to do that with Israel. No more loan guarantees, arms sales, ignoring their own ignoring of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty--Israel's government has grown more reactionary and violent, not less, and it is in America's interests to proceed with clarity and honesty, instead of the twelve hours of negotiations we endured with the Turks to produce a statement satisfactory to all sides--B.S. I say. Cut'em loose. The Israeli government spies on us, hurts our standing in the world and unnecessarily complicates our foreign policy.

Turks are mostly Asian plus muslimisized Balkanians...

1/3 of them are OK,secularists,Kemalists,pro-western,they like western music, marry used women etc...
2/3,the majority,are islamists/islamofascists,they dress traditionally,don't know english,slaughter the bride if used...

From the moment that the EU detoothed the military,it cannot stage hits,as in the past

& now,for the past 10 years the islamists win one election after the other with absolute majority...

So,Turkey,is a lost cause, unless a succesful dictatorship is staged by the nearly toothless military...

Yes.
I agree. And an enemy into a saint.

The US should take care of its own mess first.
Turkey is a very diverse country, some parts are at the same level as Europe or the US, others are more like Afghanistan.

We do not need and cannot afford to go to war with any more countries that have not directly attacked and attempted to physically invade the United States. We are just about as broke as the British Empire after WW2. We cannot afford to police the world for the IMF, World Bank, International Oil and the Heroin Trade.

I do care about the peaceful Israelis and the peaceful Arabs and despise the warmongers on either side. We should let, as was suggested by Henry Remarque, all the world’s would be aristocrats and politicians fight it out with stones and clubs until somebody won. Then we should kill the survivors and get on with trading with each other.

The "equal distance " attitude is a trap...

One side,represents the Light,
the other side represents the darkness.

U have to choose sides...
