Yes Atlanta. The great city that cannot pay its cops or firefighters or open its pools and rec centers for the kids in the summer has $150,000 to pay for "art" that includes a big stack of old tires that gather water and mosquitoes for the neighbours. Out here in Cobb, that kind of "art" would get you a citation from the county health department!

Doesn't surprise me. I've lived in many parts of the country as well as overseas and in the 5 years that I spent in ATL I found it to be the most backward city that I've ever encountered. Nothing makes sense in that town.
It's like a third world country. I'm glad to be gone.
