Friend of mine bought a 911 turbo from about '97, it was a $140K car new, he got it for $70K, reasonably low miles, if you hunt hard and long you can find a couple of minor scratches in the paint (unless he already compounded them out).
It's a little hard for me to consider a $70K car a "bargain", but I guess this one is.
You take a huge hit on any of these if you buy them new. Consider the 97 - who got the best deal, the guy who bought it new and kept it 10 or 12 years, drove it about 50K miles - that cost him $70K - or the guy who owns it now, and will probably keep it as long as he can drive - knowing this bird that's probably going to be like 40 years. Sure, he's going to have to do some maintenance, but he knows how and has the tools (this is the guy with the tire mounting and balancing machines)...he's paying $70K for that part of the service life of the car.
His sons can fight over it when he's gone, no doubt it will still be around, and still a very desirable car.
