Rather than posting negatives, I'll post positives. Two builders we have had good experiences with are Levitt Homes and Holiday Builders. QUALITY, AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, DEPENDABILITY, QUALITY.

The above was our experience. Do your homework, ask others etc.

I was in Sebastian last month, and thought it was a beautiful place. What I saw of it. Is it as nice as it seems?

Default Sebastian

It always looked wonderful to us. I hope it stays that way.

I live just on the very outskirts of Sebastian and we have been here almost 2 years. We love it here - my kids are 5 and almost 11. We go for picnics a lot by the river and I go walking there quite often in the early hours of the morning too.

You have the usual like Walmart & Home Depot and Publix, Winn Dixie and loads of other stores owned by locals.

We go to Vero Beach occassionally and I work there.....most of the schools are Grade A schools too in Sebastian.
