Hello all,
I checked in a forum search and couldn't find anything about Timber Ridge neighborhood and the tennis club there.

We've looked at property there over the last few years and are getting ready to purchase in the area. We're from RI. Part time living now, with 8 months Fl/4 months RI in 5 years or so.Just wondered if the age group there is a mix or is it all 65 plus?

We are in our mid fifties and are not interested in over 55 restrictions in neighborhoods. This is not a restricted development, but curious about the community.
Thanks

Default Timber Ridge Data

I can get more detailed info. on the demographics in my office tomorrow. I can let you know now that there are currently 5 listings on the market in Timber Ridge. 1 is smaller (801 to 1000 sq. ft.) and 4 are 1401 to 1600. They are priced $69,900 to $99,900. I can tell you from experience, that most "tennis" communities are filled with people our age group!

Last year my husband and I bought a small 2nd floor getaway in Timber Ridge that we visit a few weeks during the winter to get away from NJ snow. It's a great community, VERY friendly, with many older residents, but younger people as well. We like it so much in fact that this year we bought a villa there (and will rent out our smaller unit). The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes to the beaches, yet quiet and peaceful with lovely landscaping.

Prices in Vero Beach are extremely low now. We paid $53,000 for our getaway unit, which sold for $152,000 during the height of the real estate boom. The villa we're buying has 1440 sf and cost us just $81,000 (Last year we looked at a villa for $110,000. Villa prices have dropped considerably in just one year and that's typical throughout Vero Beach. This really is a fantastic time to buy.)

No never. I live near there. I love the wooded landscaping.

I see some listings that say 150 twice a year. Another one says 113 per month in 2013....BUT NEVER gonna be anything near 800.
