Hi! Appreciate any/all help...we will be relo to Vero area with toddlers - so schools will be important..heard Beachland great school...any others you could suggest. Also if any good Charter schools. Also good neighborhoods to check out/avoid...We'd like at least 3B under $400k if possible - in good school area, safe, close to things etc!
Hoping this is possible! Thanks for any help!

Talking Vero Beach

If your looking for elementary schools, Rosewood Magnet School on 16th Street is definitely the way to go (A+ school and highest ranking school in the area every year). I have a friend who's daughter goes to Beachland and she likes it their too. Just an FYI: Be prepared that I believe most of all the schools now have uniform policies in place.

As far as finding a place for that amount, you most likely will not have a problem finding ANY place for even less than that! Just make sure if you go to a newly constructed area, that it looks like a decent amount of people live there. Lots of homes up in the area but no one lives in them! Most good places to live are between Indian River Mall and east till you hit 20th Ave. Then from Atlantic Blvd and down south to 4th St. Then of course there is beach side which typically has houses for about what your looking for and not any "bad" neighborhoods. If your not familiar with it, just pull it up on Google maps and do a satellite view and you'll understand :-) or their is zillow.com.

Hope is could help. You can email me at bluefoxcleaning@gmail.com if you need any more info.
