When we bought in Heritage Oaks in April, 2010 someone mentioned that a Tanger Outlet of name brand stores was planned somewhere in Tradition.
Is that still a go or has it been squashed due to the economy?
btw, we love it in Heritage Oaks and a friend who visited us ended up buying there as well.

Welcome new neighbor! I live in Heritage Oaks myself and love it.
The last new about the Tanger Outlets was they were put on hold / or not going to build because of the economy.
I am waiting for Costco to build- last I was told (I joined the site for Costco) was that it is planned but put off till next year.. so far. I would expect it to be nearby.

No cheescake factory. It is a rumor. Actually, a Walgreen will be built at the location where the cheesecake factory is rumored to be built.
