Looking at a home on SE Starflower Ave, I looks ok but since I am in New Orleans I was hoping if someone could talk about the area/neighborhood. We are seniors looking for a place to retire and a friend told us of this house.

The only home I saw for sale on Starflower is a frame home built in 1979 with a pool.

We are seniors and want to live in the area of PSL, although family is in FT Lauderdale. FTL is not to our liking and some friends recommended PSL. A pool is optional for us but I woud like a 2 car garage for my man toys- motorcycle and future boat plus my auto. Concrete block is the way to go as we have a wood home in New Orleans are are constantly worrying about Formosan termites. Please keep us in your sights. Two seniors looking to relocate.

That home is not even available. If you look on zillow, realtor.com, and others they are so out of date its not even funny. To give you an example.. that home is on from a YEAR AGO!
