I actually thought the couple of days in December were not that bad. Well, anyway what do you think, the weather or an unskilled laborer behind the weed kill spray? PS: Plants included were plumbago, african lilies, iris, hibiscus and a rose bush to name a few. So tell me, please.
Do you irrigate? Vero had the driest Jan. in it's history.

As a long time Floridian we don't. City water is too expensive to water with and the well uses electricity to run the pump so we only water in the summer and then only the plants and trees and not the grass a lot. We like the not having to mow the grass twice a week during the winter and if the grass browns up some in the winter you get that beautiful spring green in the spring when you start getting rain. Gives you a little more feeling of seasons down here.
