Here in Ohio, the saying goes that if you don't have allergies when you move here, you will eventually get them. How is the allergy situation in the Treasure Coast area - are there less pollens in the air since there are fewer deciduous trees ? Can I hope for less nose blowing once we move there ? Sure hope so !

Nope- not for me anyway! I am dying with a splitting headache after every mow or full day outside. I'm sure it will be a bit less if you live directly on the beach, but inland it seems to be pretty rough.

I don't have allergies but my nieghboor has allergies and the pollen count is so high they never open their windows and keep the AC on 12 months a year. So I'm guessing the pollen count around here is high

I have allergies but honestly can't say I am going crazy with anything particular at the moment. Of course, that might change. I AM allergic to Mango TREES.. but not mangos.. go figure. I found out the hard way! Right now.. and it's spring..? ... (Feel like summer is already here) I am not having any problems.

Thanks for the info ! I don't have bad allergies, mainly a stuffy nose every morning, but my husband is allergic to something that blooms in Ohio in August each year. Just hope whatever it is doesn't grow in Florida ! Of course, since we live in the country here, we get a lot more potential allergy-inducing plants. We'll be back in suburbia in Florida.
