Finally moved into town last week. Anyone know how things are going for plans with the wawa, and costco?

I think the WaWA project manager said May of this year for both of them. as for the costco, not in PSL. The city (palm city???) did not approve costco's initial plans concerning traffic and water I think. shooting from the cuff here, the most recent info is a page or two back.
The sign there always said For Sale: Office/retail. So I am thinking maybe some form of Dr offices/stores that may cater more towards Brennity and when the VA comes
