I saw machines there but not any work. It is going to be Publix for sure- don't know about the rest.

Also wondering if those machines were just for mowing and nothing else. Not enough machines there to really do anything.

Well unless they are planting crops the ground was tilled under this weekend. I presume it is in preparation for shaping for the foundation and parking lot and other things.

We've been told here in Verano that it's definitely going to be a Publix.

After this weekend, with the big John Deere tractor, there was a lot of joking that Publix is planning to plant corn rather than build a store.

Anyone know what's being built on US1 between Walton Rd and Village Green ? Drove by today , there's a new building and there were lots if trucks there doing work

I don't know newred, but that is close to where the new bridge will be coming across. Maybe somebody knew it would be a good location!!

It's a good location just can't tell what it is yet , there were a line of dump trucks and tractor trailers all along us 1 when I drove by yesterday

Speaking of US1- there is a Yellow zoning permit in front of BJ's in Jensen Beach. I finally read it and saw that Aldi's is trying to build a store there as well. Great news for all those Aldi's lovers!!
