The St. Lucie Bakery is looking to develop a strip plaza called Villa Rosa of southern PSL Blvd. saw a picture of it behind their counter. Also, the lot on the north east corner of PSL Blvd and Becker has a sign of a proposed development pending tenants.
Yes, St Lucie Bakery announced the plan last year sometime on their facebook page. The proposed development on the corner is for a CVS and other strip mall stores.
Is it just me, or does it seem that building takes FOREVER here? I am tired of getting excited once a store announces plans to build and nothing ever happens. Aldis lots are still full of foliage, the Publix in PGA is being built by ants, and I've given up ever seeing a Panera in Tradition in my lifetime. What gives?? Remember that gas station that was supposed to go in by Winn Dixie?
A few projects are moving slow, but others are moving quite fast. The Gatlin Professional Plaza for example and whatever that building is that is under construction at the Port St. Lucie Blvd curve between Gatlin and the Turnpike.
