Remax Crown Realty. Typical 1/4 acre lots in the highlands average about 15k.

I would say Remax and Billero are the top ones. There are a few shady folk at Remax that like to pretend to submit offers and pretend the offer was not accepted to get a higher offer/ higher commission so be weary of that!

I own a double lot in the Highlands. Is this a good time to sell or should I wait a year or two?
