My wife and I are seriously thinking about moving to the st Lucie area and I own and operate a pressure washing business I am licensed and insured and have great rates we also detail boats and do homes, well you name it we pressure wash it commercial properties as well I was just curious to see how the market was down there for this before making a decision please I ask for feedback honestly we also do woodworking too thank you in advance we also have 4 boys still in school 2 highschool students and 1 8th grader and one in elementary school just curious about the school system also thanks again

Actually its a pretty good business here since we have mold and mildew issues with the weather. I actually need a roof done on a clients home right now- at least the HOA says so.

the market in general is lacking in inventory. Depends on what you're looking for. For instance, I used to see as many as 85 four bedroom homes on the rental market all the time. Today there are 44 total in all prices.

Hundreds of people here are doing pressure washing and lawn care. Stiff competition. Be careful about the town though, as long as you cross their palm with $$$ they'll leave you alone. If they get a complaint or a chip on their shoulder (to say it nicely) you will go to the kangaroo court and be suspended from doing business in this "fine city".
