Just wondering if anyone rented at Mariner Village in Stuart. What's your experience and how do you like the townhomes and the area? is it safe? I couldn't find any reviews online so I'm here looking for some advice. I'll be moving with my family (wife, baby and mother in law) to Florida from CT and my job will be in Jupiter. I definitely want a safe family friendly area.

I have rented to clients in there and thought it was fine. I don't find anything available at the moment since they are all individually owned. It's not an apt complex.

I see thanks FlaLadyB. It’s interesting you say none are available because when I called that number someone answered and they said they have several units. What’s worrying me is how little information about this place and I can’t find the rental agency that’s representing it.

What do you think about the area, is it close to shopping, restaurants and other amenities?

That community is rented individually -- owned individually -- there was nothing listed on MLS when I posted that. I'd be curious to know who answers the phone

I think the location is great. East access to Kanner Hwy and right at US#1
