No the 512 units have nothing to do with apartment buildings , those apartments on the corner of of Hillmoor and Grand are not part of East Lake Village . east lake village includes Townhouses and single family homes . east lake village is a single HOA and tradition consists of many HOAs and other stuff, and no I wouldn't compare then either . I was asking if a 512 unit HOA would be considered same but you clarified you were speaking of size of the grounds ...

The apartments are called The Terraces , not part of East Lake Village ..the two and three story Townhomes and the single family homes are what makes up the East Lake Village home owners association . and those plus the one commercial building that was actually built are what makes up the master Association .

Ive never shown the townhomes - just the houses. Why would a commercial building be part of an HOA

Maybe I'm not explaining correctly ...the HOA consists of the Town homes and the single family homes
The Master association consists of the Town homes , Single family homes and the one commercial building .
So the commercial building is part of the master association but is Not part of the HOA
The Terraces apartments are a separate entity and part of neither
And I can't explain it any other way ,

You stated below ----why would a commercial building be apart of an HOA---- it's not, its part of the Master Association. The commercial building has nothing to do with the HOA only the Master association , which by the way the HOA controls with 2 of the three seats .
Seems we are speaking the same words in different languages ...so I'm not trying to argue with you just state the facts as I know them ....
