Hello all,

We are the family of four thinking about moving north of Jupiter. We currently own a townhouse is Abacoa and would like to get a single family house with 4 - 5 bedrooms, yard and pool. Unfortunately Jupiter don't have a lot of options in our price range (Under $400K). We start thinking about Stuart, Hobe Sound or Palm City. The prices are more affordable in these cities. We both work in West Palm Beach (PBIA area) and willing to drive 15-20mi extra for more affordable real estate.

We just starting our research but would appreciate any suggestions. What cities should we consider besides already listed above? Ideally we would like to be close to I95.

TIA

The cities you mentioned are probably the most logical choices, unless you want to go more north to PSL (another 15-20 min from Palm City).

The areas you mentioned are all good to look in.

How old are your children?

I ran $250 to $400 / 4 bedroom / pool ( I did NOT put CBS construction so these numbers would change a lot if I did)

in Palm City. Got 24 homes. If you aren't golfers you will bring that number down by eliminating places that require an Equity membership purchase.

In Stuart - I got 21

In Jensen there were 8

In Port St Lucie there were 47
