Hey guys, we are planning to out an above ground pool in this summer, can anyone with knowledge of the local code, give us an idea about fences ?

My neighbor put in a pool they bought at Walmart. I'm sure they did not get any permit, but their backyard is also fenced in.

We are actually thinking about ordering the large Intex brand oval pool off amazon. We see the same pool approaching Crosstown from Cameo and they don't have a fence. But I'm wondering if we need to hire an electrician to do the electric, because of the size and we don't know what kind of pump it is yet.

Normally the pumps just plug into an outlet on the house. No need for special wiring on the Intex pools.

Thanx! We just found that out. The hard part is going to be leveling the ground. Going to see about a permit tomorrow.
