Another place you can check out get togethers in the area - or in any area for that matter is meetups.com. It's made up of group of people who get together for.. whatever!
I am a member there of several different groups such as wine tastings, dinner groups, etc. You can look up what you're interested in or just see what all is available. Great way to meet people that do things you enjoy as well.
Traditions has events going on every month and is a great place to bring the kids. The Beach Boys are even coming!

To Do..
I know I just moved to PSL and I really didnt know anyone here. I attended a bridal showcase (getting married Sept 19, 09) and booked a spa party from one of the vendors there. Anyways, there I signed up to be a [/Mod]No advertising [/Mod] consultant. Not only do I get 50% off my products now (high quality...low price) ...Ive met so many people through booking parties and in the BC family. I book my spas with everyone I meet-grocery store clerk.walgreens.bank.doctors.people in lines at stores...anywhere. Now, Im not trying to sell you on the products and such but its a great way to make [Mod]No Advertising allowed outside the CLASSIFIED forum [/Mod] and make friends. Anyways, Good Luck [Mod] No Advertising or recommendations with under ten posts.[/Mod]
