Well my house is going toward closing. Sad to leave PSL because it is such a great place to live. May be in 6 years when I am finally able to retire we will be back.

Our attitude was that if it sold great if it didn't great. We love our home it is in a very nice neighborhood and will miss it greatly. Bass fishing down the street, golf a mile away, shopping about the same. New Hospital, New Publix, easy access to crosstown and 95. May be we should reconsider. The only thing was the commute from Miami. We will not miss that.
