Well the closing is over and we no longer have a home in PSL but I still have many on and off line friends. It has been enjoyable being part of not only this site but the community. PSL is a place where no matter your station in life you can feel part of the community. Where else can you get to know everyone down at City Hall and not only talk to them but they answer your phone calls and emails? Not many places I have lived.

I know the sale took awhile and you must be happy to sell it. Good luck and congrats. I wish you guys the best of luck. I too bought close to or at the bottom, I think it's time also to sell and diversify a bit. If the market keeps rising like it has I see problems again down the road or no upside for years.
