I live near it in Palm City. My daughter has friends that live there. What do you want to know?

Here are my general thoughts - cute community, love the boating/canal vibe going on, and PC schools are among the best on the state, great people/neighbors, block parties at the park. But, house for $$ is kind of crazy, big investment considering the seawall is also your responsibility, flood/homeowners insurance is high high high, people can have RV's in their driveway, tiny lot sizes, not manicured very well.

So it depends what you are looking for and what is important to you and what you can spend. Lighthouse Point is a boater's dream ⚓️⛵️

Its surrounded by the WATER/ RIVER.. people have DOCKS or water access to the River. There are all kinds of homes there from newer to very very old. They get big bucks for the location. But.. if you are a boater... that's what you are looking for.

Lots of locations in Palm City and the surrounding area have water access or docks. Just depends on exactly what you are looking for

Thanks for the replies. Desire was/is nice house as 2nd home/retirement (eventually) on water, beach proximity outside of Stuart, close to Stuart for dining/shopping/entertainment. Randomly met some folks who recently bought there, they love it. Some houses there a bit tired, but that's the case anywhere. Seems like a unique little community.
