We are successful restaurant owners, moving to the Treasure Coast Area.

We will probably be moving into Sebastian.

We thought we'd go straight to the horses mouth, and ask you... what you think your area is missing or lacking in the way of dining options?

We don't do Thai, Chinese or other Asian food. (You can still mention that, but, we just wouldn't do that) :-)

We DO just about everything else. Here is the current website with menus from our current restaurant,
Brother's Bistro

This new restaurant in FL will be our 5th venture.

Anyway, we'd love feedback, if you're willing to take a minute or two.

Most Sincerely,
Ron & Dee

Like your menu items! Prices are good too. Tired of chains in the area and would love a step away from those

I love to cook and am used to an area with multiple restaurants to choose from with food that tastes good!

LOVE fresh fish of the day.

What I would love to see in this area is a good-quality "American food" buffet style restaurant. There are NONE in Vero Beach (or Sebastian, that I know of; I live in Vero). The only one in the area is a Golden Corral in Ft. Pierce, which is so-so in quality.

That aside, I looked at your menu and the prices are reasonable (on par with other restaurants like yours here) and I like some of the dishes that vary a bit from what I've seen here.

If you could afford real estate on the Barrier Island, a restaurant is very much needed there, especially around Wabasso Beach, which has only the overpriced Disney Resort as a sit-down dining option.

A good, honest to goodness, no frills seafood restaurant with decent prices. (Dare I say it... New England Style)

Your restaurant menu looks scrumptious! I moved here 3 years ago and have yet to find a restaurant that "calls me". Believe it or not, Vero Beach is lacking a good seafood restaurant or anything with pizzazz. We could use some West coast ingenuity. Please come.
