Yes it does... They are building a couple more on our street. I am glad they are putting home on those empty lots.
They have built several in my area. They all look great!

What area is that, if you don't mind me asking? We are on the east side of Route 1. It looks like they may be building at least one other model in this non HOA area we are in.
During the hurricane, they stored a permit box in our garage because the other place doesn't have a garage done yet.

Drywall is getting taped and mud done now. Second coat going on today. We should be getting at least an idea of when it will be finished soon. It looks so different with walls ROFL. We got kind of used to walking through them for a long time. Hahahaha!

They've also sprayed the texture coat all over. Next step is painting the interior. Hope that gets done today. Looks like we are about 30 days out of finishing. Whew... Why do I feel anxious all of a sudden? ROFL Been wanting this for so long I guess.
