"Spanish Lakes" seems to be "the" retirement mobile home community in Port St. Lucie.

Also, there's "Savannah Club."

For your moms safety and your piece of mind. Please do not let your mom buy a mobile home in Florida (unless it is vacation home or second home). Have her move into a townhouse or condo that is CBS (Concrete Block Stone). If a hurricane comes, all her belongings will be gone in a mobile home. Also people living in Mobile Homes are the first to be put under mandatory evacuation orders when a hurricane is coming (doesn't matter where you are). If she moves into a townhouse or condo her belongs will be much safer and she could stay there during a hurricane if need be depending on the location. Please do not move into a mobile home if this will be your main dwelling.
