I searched on this forum for any comments about Sixty Oaks in Vero Beach, but couldn't find any posts.

Does anyone have information on this community?

Thank you.

I never looked in there just by coincidence no real reason...but it's in a good area. 32966 and right near the mall. Avoid Ryanwood area across the street on 60.

I remember seeing some really cute houses on the internet like this little guy ...I could be perfectly happy in that house but I was wanting to be near the beach and ICW when I bought. This area was my backup though for sure.

1945 Sixty Oaks Lane, Vero Beach FL 32966 - Trulia

I can drive through in my spare time this week, I love house hunting even though I'm headed to JAX lol. The only thing you want to be aware of is the structures that are frame versus block since this area had alot of hurricane damage in 2004. Especially the frame homes in 32966 as a matter of fact, depending on how they were built. Certain pockets.

That house design is excellent imo...it's so bright and has nice trees too....The LARGE sliders everywhere especially the corner lighting, the screened porch AND the little outside sitting area and that cute gate thing. My number one favorite thing in Florida is a screened porch.

In 2007 I saw one of these homes listed for $149,000. Glad I didn't buy back then. Anyway, I keep seeing listings for "single family home" but I was told they are attached villas. It gets to be confusing. I once drove all the way to Lake Suzy (Arcadia area) to look at a house and it turned out to be attached. I am concerned about hearing someone through the wall. I've lived in places where I said "Bless you" after my neighbor sneezed.
(Gas is another story.)
