Hi, I currently reside in Jersey and am possibly considering relocating to Florida. Can anyone give me some information on Sebastian Florida? I've never been there, let alone, heard of it. The website seems nice; I have 3 boys and would be looking for a 4 bedroom home. Are there any gated communities in that area.....?

Hi Sebastian is a lovely little town.....I live just on the outskirts by the high school. I have 2 boys and thy absolutley love it here and we moved form the UK so a bigchange for them. There are a few gated community places here if that is what you are looking for...prices on houses are reasonable at the moment. I am still finding my feet here but if I can help in any way let me know!

Sebastian public school system is an area you might research prior to your move. From what I read just recently 45% of their third graders cannot go on to 4th grade due to an alarming failure rate of the Floridas state wide achievement test, the FCAT.

Sebastian is a nice town but you will be hard pressed to find a job that pays well. My husband is in accounting as well and we are leaving the area because he is looking for a better paying job. I would make sure you both had jobs secured before you make such a drastic move.
