Hi,

I know newspapers everywhere are having tough times with lowered advertising revenue and decreased subscriptions with the Press Journal being no exception.

With that said, how much are annual subscriptions going for? My mother said the cost was $194, only if it was debited from her checking account. Since she is elderly, she's not sure if this is a good price or not. I live out of state and couldn't easily find subscription rates on their site.

Anyone know if there is a way to obtain a lower price?

Thanks,
Lori

That is the correct price for a one year subscription for the newspaper, 7 days a week....dont know of any discount rates.

Thanks, Jareb. I get the Charlotte Observer where I live and the rates are all over the place for that paper. I thought it might be similar for the PJ.

I'll give them a call tomorrow to see if there are any specials.
