Does anyone know of any gyms in the Portland area that have Les Mills classes like body pump, body combat, body flow, RPM. The gym I am at now has all of those classes, we are moving to Portland early summer and I want to keep going to these classes. If they don't have Les Mills classes are there any decent gyms that have group fitness classes?

Hi there,

The 'Womens Fitness Studio and Spa' in Brunswick Maine - just North of Portland have: Body Pump, Body Flow, Body Combat and RPM
The 'Bay Club' in Portland Maine have Body Pump.
The 'Foreside Fitness and Tennis' in Falmouth, ME have Body Pump
'The Gym' in Lewiston ME have Body Pump.
All other Les Mills disciplines are further north in Bangor.........
All the above have their own websites - just type in their name - good luck with your move - I am in Freeport, ME and use the WFS :0)

Thanks JCH23, It's funny you mention WFS because that is the gym I go to now, I absolutely love it! I do RPM, Pump, Combat, and sometimes Flow. I was really hoping there would be something just like WFS in Portland especially being such a bigger city. I really don't want to have to travel to Brunswick 5 days a week just for the gym.
