I will be in Portland June 4th to 7th looking at properties. Anything special going on (festivals, shows, etc) that I should be aware of?

The June "First Friday" art walk will fall on June 6th if you're into that sort of thing.

The June Art Walk will be a big one this year. The City of Portland is planning on closing down Congress St for it, much like they did for the December Art Walk last year. It'd be worth checking out since you'll get to see some of the chaos that happens around here... and some art too. There is also often free wine and snacks.

I see that the Portland Sea Dogs are in town while I'm there. How easy is it to park, get tickets, etc.?

If you are staying downtown then you can just walk or take the bus. It's much easier than trying to park near the stadium. Also, I believe you can buy tickets online ahead of time.
