Hi all.

Just found this forum, looks like some good stuff here!

I currently live near Sunset TC. I really don't like the complex I'm living in but love the area. I'm starting to look around for other complexes but it is really hard to tell what is a good place to live. So perhaps people could help with suggestions? =)

I'm looking for a 2 bedroom 1-1.5 bath apartment with washer/dryer in unit and allows a cat. the hard part is finding one with a manager/ower that fixes things promptly, has neighbors that won't leave trash all over the property, and other stuff like that. Pricewise I'm not too picky although I'd prefer less than $1000/month.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

There's a complex near Sunset High School I lived in, and really liked. You can DM me for the details. I don't know about pets though.

figmalt, if it's the one directly across from Sunset, my neighbor's son lived there, and said it's now been turned into condos. Perhaps, there would be some units for rent.
