I am looking for any advice and feedback about living in Happy Valley. I am going up there in August to look at homes but I have found some that I really like online. I hope to work at OHSU so I’m also wondering what the commute is like from Happy Valley to Portland. I am moving from Arizona so the rain and clouds will be very welcomed!!!
