For our tenth anniversary, my husband wants to experience caviar such as he's had in Scandinavia, served with toast, egg, onion and the like. I've searched quite a bit but can't seem to find a place in Portland that serves this. We'd be willing to go out to the wine country, out to Hood River or so, or perhaps as far south as Salem. Any ideas?

Thanks.

We've been to Bluehour in the past (the only place we've seen that serves caviar; should have mentioned that earlier.). As far as I can tell from their menu, Broder doesn't serve caviar. It's not on Cabezon's menu either, although I am sure, since it's a seasonal menu, that that changes.

Ask the question over at the Portland Food Group board. Someone there'll know, if it exists.
