While some may say it's an urban myth...the proof is in the pudding if you've ever surveyed the family living room after that turkey eatin' day. I too had seen the study negating it causing sleepiness but take all studies with a grain of salt because if you delve deeper, you will find many studies very limited in the amount of subjects in the actual study group and/or variable factors that are not referenced in their analysis.

So....looking at the living room...yes, it works.

Default Alright...let's talk turkey...

...leftovers, that is. So very very close to polishing ours off and tomorrow will do it with just one more serving of deep fried turkey and mashed potatoes and gravy.

Why is it that the pumpkin pies never make it past day 2??????
