Please call DMV and ask them, or at least read the information on the DMV website if human contact scares you.

They will answer all your questions and you won't make the mistake of relying on sometimes iffy internet info.

I don't understand why people post this kind of stuff when a two minute phone call to DMV will get your questions answered by the experts.

They aren't scary people...
