I hear this is "the place" to buy in West linn. Good area with lots of kids, good schools and excellent resale value.
Is it really live up to all the hype?
Thanks in advance!

It was one of the nicest spots in the metro area when it was first built, but now it has aged a bit. There are newer areas with some amazing homes worth checking out. There are also several gated communities within that are just amazing. The schools for that area are excellent, there should be many kids, and the resale values should be appreciating at a stable rate. I'd probably live there if the right house existed.
